WorksLeader Implementation Process

  • Our highly skilled and experienced team at WorksLeader are ready to work with you at all stages of implementation.
  • As a part of our implementation and onboarding process, we will work with you to understand specific needs of your organization. We will analyze your pain points and business objectives, and accordingly devise an implementation strategy that will help streamline your business.
  • Our implementation process covers a range of activities that include loading your Customer/Contacts, product catalog and other details such as freight, tax, pricing rules, etc., into the WorksLeader system.
  • Basic store customization such as designing the look and feel of your store as per your requirements, making your store up and running and basic training for your staff, is also included in our implementation services. All these services are available as a part of your WorksLeader subscription.
  • However, for customers, who are not comfortable with online implementation, additional support and implementation services will be provided. This includes on-site training and implementation services wherein our support team members will visit your location at the time and date convenient to you. We can then run the complete implementation process onsite and onboard you successfully. We can also assign additional resources to manage your activities effectively.
  • For customers, who want to add new features to their online store, we also provide additional customization services to meet their unique needs.
  • For customers, who need non-business hour support, we can also provide such services and it will be decided on a case to case basis.
